Qualifications

• Tech school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the defined SLA.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls per policies and guidelines.
• Follow policies and guidelines for each client’s service delivery.
• Ensure assets and inventory are controlled with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report activity accurately and on time.
• Understand safety policies and work within daily guidelines.
• Additional requirements may exist if employment offer is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
