Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, headquartered in Billerica, MA, seeks a Dynamic PC Support technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, supporting on-site clients and incident resolution. The role involves direct client interaction, adherence to SLAs, and real-time call reporting.

Ideal candidates have technical training or certification, up to 2 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel to client sites, including long distances and occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines and policies.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow policies and documents relating to service delivery for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report all activity in a timely manner.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
