Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops and assist with desk-side applications and infrastructure. You will interact with clients to address issues promptly and accurately, and handle service calls within SLAs.

You will provide on-site support, manage parts and inventory, and complete real-time reporting while following safety policies and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Typical to require technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined by guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
• Follow established policies, guidelines and documents for service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report activity in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to Safety policies and guidelines.
• May have additional requirements if employment is offered.
• Other duties as needed to meet business needs.
