Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, and to support desk‑side applications and infrastructure as needed. You will interact directly with clients, address technical issues, and respond to them in a timely manner while meeting service level agreements.

The role requires driving to client locations and lifting up to 50 lbs, with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service levels
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery
• Ensure control of assets and inventory with prompt parts turnaround
• Report all activity accurately and promptly
• Understand and follow safety policies daily
• Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
