Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform desktop and laptop repairs and provide responsive client assistance. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to service calls, and ensure timely resolution within client SLAs.

The role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience and technical certification; travel to client sites may be required, including driving long distances. A basic repair toolkit and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with registration and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow policies and documents relating to service delivery
• Ensure control of assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner
• Understand and follow Safety policies daily
• Other duties as assigned
