Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support Technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, interact directly with clients, and address technical issues promptly. The role supports desk side applications and infrastructure while ensuring quality service across assigned client sites.

You will handle calls within SLAs, document activities, and maintain OEM certifications, with opportunities for travel including overnight assignments.

Qualifications

Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Maintain OEM Certifications as directed by Management

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for designated equipment
Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA
Meet customer service satisfaction criteria according to guidelines
Complete administrative tasks for each call
Real-time reporting of all calls per policy
Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery
Manage assets and inventory with prompt parts turnaround
Report activity accurately and timely
Follow safety policies in daily work
