Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting and basic support tasks. You will interact directly with clients to address technical issues and respond promptly while supporting desk-side applications and infrastructure.

The role involves on-site visits, maintaining OEM certifications, and ensuring timely service delivery across client sites within MA and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by Management

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policy
• Follow established policies and guidelines for service delivery
• Ensure asset and inventory control with parts turnaround
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
