Job summary

Air Star Transportation is seeking experienced, flexible, in-office dispatchers for full-time roles in West Mifflin, PA. The dispatcher serves as the liaison between the company and clients, covering all shifts as needed while promoting from within as we grow.

Responsibilities include answering calls, managing high volumes, identifying needs, researching issues, building client relationships, dispatching, and using dispatch software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a customer support or office/clerical role is preferred.
• Must be flexible to cover all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide support to questions and concerns.
• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify client needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Customer Service/Dispatching duties.
• Utilize technology, software and tools relevant to dispatching.
• Able to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
