Job summary

SP Distribution LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily order processing, cross-department communication, and exceptional client service. You will manage B2B/B2C orders, oversee fulfillment through invoicing and delivery, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time performance.

The role requires 3+ years in operations or supply chain, strong problem-solving, and proficient use of Shopify, NetSuite, and EDI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, order management, or supply chain.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Shopify/Shopify+ and ERP (NetSuite) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B and B2C order fulfillment, including EDI operations, from order creation through invoicing and delivery.
• Manage the entire order lifecycle: entry, allocation, fulfillment, and post-delivery issue resolution.
• Track and monitor order flow, update account holders, and support the sales team.
• Oversee order status and inventory levels to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Coordinate daily shipments with the logistics team to optimize efficiency and costs.
• Serve as daily point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports on stock allocation, pending orders, approvals, chargebacks, and resolutions.
