Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support inbound imports, order tracking, and distribution operations. You will work with vendors, freight partners, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

The role requires communication with overseas partners, monitoring ETAs, and ensuring compliance with routing guides. A hybrid work setup is offered with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics, import/export, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with international shipping and customs documentation.
• Knowledge of EDI, ERP, or ASN systems.
• Strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills.
• Apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and track orders from factory to warehouse.
