Distribution International is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics and Customer Service teams, focusing on timely shipments and dispute resolution. You will handle OS&D claims, monitor 3PL activity, and generate key logistics reports to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires basic knowledge of transportation procedures, excellent communication, and the ability to work with several departments to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• One year of experience with a web-based TMS platform.
• Understanding of Freight Audit and Payment processes.
• Ability to be the hub between multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments with Customer Service and 3PL teams.
• Review 3PL daily late load report and address delays.
• Initiate OS&D claims with carriers and track resolutions.
• Prepare documentation and audit 3PL invoices weekly.
• Monitor IT/TMS issues in collaboration with the 3PL and IT teams.
