Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support Dropship operations, order planning, transportation coordination, and warehouse execution in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will act as a key liaison among vendors, carriers, buyers, and internal teams, applying strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving to keep orders flowing accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent note-taking and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with order management, dropship, or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage dropship orders from creation through shipment confirmation.
• Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies, delays, inventory issues, or fulfillment concerns.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped within required timelines.
• Maintain visibility into order activity and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact between vendors, carriers, buyers, and internal partners.
