Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park operations with a hands-on, dynamic approach. You will supervise team leads and frontline staff, coach in real time, and ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out.

With 2–3 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced environments, you will manage schedules, labor targets, safety, and brand standards while collaborating with the General Manager on strategy and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, guest-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with coaching ability.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and operational goals.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in on shift.
• Proficiency with technology and operational systems.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution and drive team success on the floor.
