Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone, located in Evanston, IL, seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily park operations, supervise team leads, and ensure a safe, high-energy guest experience.

This full-time onsite role reports to the General Manager, overseeing staffing, guest flow, and training, while contributing to labor strategy and brand standards. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of management, strong communication, hands-on leadership, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of formal management or supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and leading teams on the floor.
• Strong communication skills with coaching ability.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and operational goals.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to jump in to solve problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS platforms, and dashboards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success by supervising Team Leads and frontline staff.
• Own Shift Flow and Operational Efficiency through staffing, guest flow, inventory, and safety.
• Deliver Guest Experiences That Wow by ensuring guests feel welcome and safe from check-in to checkout.
• Champion Safety and Brand Standards with safety walkthroughs and adherence to standards.
