Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the on-site operations of a housing community, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations, with daily scheduling, staff development, and emergency response duties. CAM/ARM certification is preferred for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel, leasing, maintenance and financial operations on-site.
• Supervise staff, schedule, train, coach and develop on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Manage revenue, leases, and financial reporting for the property.
• Lead emergency response and maintain property condition and service levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction.
