Job summary

Asset Living seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

The role requires supervision of staff, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations. A CAM/ARM or related housing industry experience is preferred, with strong leadership and on-site software skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of housing communities under supervision of Regional Manager.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, coaching and performance management.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent deposits, collections and vendor invoicing to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.
