Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver outstanding support for Canon-installed products with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will perform on-site, shop, or remote maintenance as required, while communicating clearly with customers and tracking service records. Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma, be able to travel, and work in a 24/7 shift environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to complete the 120-day PDIF training.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel.
• Able to operate in a 24/7 shift environment and perform on-call rotations.

Responsabilités

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive on-site/shop maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain machine performance and help achieve branch metrics.
