Job summary

Closet Factory, Inc. in Ft. Myers, FL is seeking an Office Manager to join a casual, energetic team. You will handle front desk duties, schedule appointments, coordinate with designers, and manage communications with clients. Strong organization and Salesforce experience are valued.

This full-time role offers health insurance, a 401K plan, and paid time off. Work hours are typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Computer experience including Word and Excel.
• Experience with a Salesforce based platform is a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments.
• Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software.
• Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling.
• Greet clients and direct people at front desk.
• Answering phones, directing calls, and responding to inquiries.
• Corresponding with clients and customers.
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting.
• Scheduling installations and working with designers to meet customer needs.
• Purchasing products from preferred vendors.
