Closet Factory in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Office Manager to join a close-knit team. The role emphasizes customer service, front-desk duties, appointment coordination, and collaboration with designers to meet client needs.

The position is full-time with a pay range of $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, a 401K plan, and paid time off. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Computer experience including Word and Excel.
• Experience with a Salesforce based platform a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments.
• Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software.
• Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling.
• Greet clients, and direct people accordingly from front desk.
• Answering phones, directing phone calls, and responding to online/email inquiries.
• Corresponding with clients and customers.
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting department.
• Scheduling installations and working closely with our designers to meet the needs of the customer.
• Purchasing products utilizing our preferred vendors.
