Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, real estate, or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing/assistant community management experience.
• Proficiency with community management software (Yardi, RentCafe, IMS) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager with daily operations and resident relations.
• Draft and distribute resident communications; liaise with ownership and residents.
• Process leases, renewals, and enforcement; monitor occupancy and reporting.
• Coordinate Move In/Move Out, inspections, and security deposit refunds.
