Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across our properties. You will support corrective, preventive, and routine maintenance under supervision and ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained community spaces.

Key responsibilities include responding to resident requests, performing make-ready tasks, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor. This role requires daily on-site presence and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• On-site software functions familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks for the community, including corrective, preventive and routine work.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily to identify hazards and maintain safety.
