Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and respond to service requests.
• Manage staff and vendors, schedule preventive maintenance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for safety and condition.
