Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and staff.
• Attend to service requests and manage work orders.Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and inventory within budget guidelines.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff under the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident inquiries in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call emergency duties and ensure property readiness.
