Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and manage service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed across all tasks.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage inventory within budget.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents and management.
