Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Complete leasing paperwork and maintain leasing data; respond to traffic within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and conduct property tours.
• Maintain model units, assist with marketing and market surveys, and support daily office tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enforce community policies.
