Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property.

You will show, lease, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents; handle daily on-site administration; keep prospect traffic data updated and respond to leads within 24 hours; support annual marketing plans and resident retention programs; ensure service quality and compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Completes all leasing paperwork needed before move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (i.e., resident functions, monthly newsletter).
• Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office and model areas.
• Enforce community policies and support marketing/outreach activities.
