Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. You will show communities, guide tours, and close leases while maintaining strong customer service and accurate leasing records.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, daily lead follow-up, and collaboration with the marketing team to meet leasing goals and satisfy residents.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing and marketing experience.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete lease paperwork and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing outreach and market surveys for leasing plans.
• Address resident concerns and assist in retention programs.
