Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at our properties.

You will regularly show, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents, handle daily administrative tasks, and contribute to resident retention programs while delivering exceptional service.

On-site attendance is required, and familiarity with Fair Housing laws helps ensure compliant operations and a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales through appointments, tours, and follow-ups.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain leasing data.
• Support lease audits, walk units, and turn processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident concerns.
