UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, deliver garments, and ensure top-notch service while supporting the service and management teams.

Qualifications

• Driver's license at least 21 with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical qualification and compliance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior route sales or delivery experience is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new technologies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple routes and provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Resolve customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory, and keep the vehicle in good condition.
• Follow traffic laws and safety standards.
• Support new account installations and assist on routes; upsell to strengthen relationships.
• Communicate feedback to leadership and monitor local market activity.
