Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; participate in skills practice and knowledge sharing.
• Provide excellent customer experiences, build rapport, drive sales, follow up with customers, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
