Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and connect with shoppers to build loyalty and drive sales.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a team that values energy, passion, and expertise. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service or retail sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge of systems.
• Demonstrate exceptional service, build rapport, and drive sales activity in-location; follow up with customers and referrals.
