Job summary

National University of Singapore seeks a Temporary Management Support Staff for the Faculty of Law, Centre Shared Services. The role supports project activities, website updates, procurement processing, data collection, hiring of research staff, logistics, and events management.

Located at Bukit Timah Campus and Kent Ridge Campus, you will assist researchers and PIs, collaborate with Finance and HR, and help maintain daily operations and communications across the Centre.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Media Communications, Web Media or Events Management.
• Strong MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, WordPress and Zoom hosting skills.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, basic video editing, and managing social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) is a strong advantage.
• A proactive team player with good interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Centre with project activities and administrative matters.
• Update website and social media content.
• Support day-to-day operations including procurement, data collection, and HR tasks for researchers.
• Organize seminars and events for the Centre.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR on researcher-related matters.
