Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university
• Demonstrate experience synthesising information from different sources
• Strong command of English with clear, engaging writing and keen eye for grammar
• Be resourceful, meet deadlines, and work well with others
• Competent in using social media for content creation, network and audience engagement
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the portfolio runs smoothly and aligns with university objectives
• Deliver service excellence by assisting learners with course-related matters and wellbeing
• Lead a functional CNM Administration role and collaborate with the team
• Support organisation of Student Life activities across programmes
• Promote the programme in Singapore and the region, manage digital marketing collateral and social content
• Collaborate with Programme Director, faculty, and Dean’s Office to meet deadlines
• Support special projects assigned by Admin Lead
• Assist with SSG funding-related administrative matters
• Handle any other tasks as delegated by Admin Lead
