Job summary

OneMain is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Houston to help customers access financing and guide them through the loan process. The role emphasizes empathy, efficiency, and collaboration across branches while meeting individual and team goals.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, on-site work, and preference for experience in sales, collections, or customer service. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with standard weekday hours and some extended time as needed.

• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options
