Qualifications

• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Preferred: bilingual in Spanish.

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and maintain a goal-oriented approach.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and explain loan terms clearly.
