Responsibilities

• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers during the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products and loan options.
