Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Location: On site.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday during standard business hours, some extended hours may include Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and guidance, reaching branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan process, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat and in‑house systems.
