Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Marketing and Leasing Manager to lead on-site marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives across a residential community. The role focuses on achieving revenue and occupancy goals while coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams.

You will drive pricing strategies, concessions, and promotional campaigns, manage the leasing pipeline, and oversee a renewals program. A strong background in real estate marketing and leasing is required.

Qualifications

• Experience directing community marketing, advertising and sales activities.
• Ability to develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Familiarity with pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives to boost traffic and leases.

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develops market-aware strategies for pricing and concessions to boost traffic.
• Creates and manages print and internet advertising to promote the community.
• Collaborates with maintenance to ensure appearance and safety meet standards.
• Leads leasing process: traffic, qualifying prospects, lease docs, move-ins.
• Analyzes financial and activity reports to identify and resolve leasing issues.
• Oversees lease renewals and communicates with residents during move-outs.
• Responds to resident/owner questions promptly and documents requests.
• Supervises leasing team through hiring, training and performance management.
