Job summary

Paragon Properties, LLC. is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at Prentiss Pointe Apartments & The Reserve (new construction homes). You will oversee day-to-day leasing operations, maximize occupancy, and ensure outstanding service to prospects and residents.

The role includes marketing coordination, CRM management, and collaboration with the regional team to drive results. A strong sales and customer-service mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years on-site Leasing Consultant or Assistant Manager experience or customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Superior sales ability and customer service focus.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office and YARDI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and performs all aspects of the apartment leasing process.
• Tour prospective residents in vacant, market-ready units and model apartments.
• Maintain closing percentage of 40–50%.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the application process and move-in.
• Enter service requests into Yardi; inform maintenance of emergencies.
• Plan and execute site marketing and advertising; manage social media and outreach.
