Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing property management firm seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations at the property. You will drive occupancy goals, supervise the leasing team, and partner with the Community Manager on strategy and training to ensure excellent service.

The role requires regular on-site presence, strong knowledge of leasing operations, and the ability to develop campaigns that generate traffic and leases while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or related housing experience.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management: lead leasing and marketing plans to hit occupancy targets.
• Regular on-site attendance is required to supervise staff and operations.
• Audit all lease files to ensure policy compliance and accurate documentation.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents with a focus on closing.
