Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years leasing experience preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Close leases by guiding prospects through the process and securing deposits.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan.
• Maintain a favorable image of the community to reach objectives.
• Assist in resident retention through events and outreach activities.
• Process lease, move-in, and move-out paperwork promptly.
• Lead weekly and daily goal-setting meetings.
