Job summary

RR Living is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join The Pointe in Beaumont, TX. The role focuses on guiding residents to their ideal apartment, onboarding staff, and driving occupancy through consultative selling and proactive marketing.

You will manage leasing operations, maintain leases, and lead marketing efforts across sites, while ensuring excellent resident experiences and timely communications. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Bilingual experience is preferred.
• Ability to cover multiple or multi-site locations (travel up to 100%).
• Experience in lease-up to ensure an increase in qualified leads.
• Position requires a minimum of 1–2 years on-site as a leasing consultant (preferred).
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Marketing – ability to create and execute a marketing calendar.
• Train leasing consultants as needed on leasing and touring best practices.
• OneSite and Knock experience are preferred.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist future residents with finding the perfect apartment to call home.
• Onboard new leasing consultants and leasing managers in their positions and fill in where needed.
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residents.
• Use strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% community occupancy.
• Use high level communication skills when dealing with current and future residents.
• Prioritize tour path and ensures curb appeal is up to par on property – communicate any feedback to maintenance team and community manager.
• Work toward a goal of 100% occupancy always.
• Ensure leases are complete and correct.
• Be an expert in using marketing techniques and social media to promote community and its events.
• Maintain and ensure execution of the community marketing calendar.
• Have strong ability to mediate and assess current and future resident feedback.
• Assist with resident retention activities.
• Assist with inputting new applicants and the screening process, input new leases and renewals daily.
• Provide feedback and make suggestions on leasing best practices for the community as needed.
• Schedule and follow up with progress of maintenance work orders and future move-ins.
• Screen leads to increase velocity overall.
