Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team, drive sales, and maintain strong resident relations for an apartment community. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, maintenance, and management to meet occupancy goals and sustain resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include tours, application processing, and supervising staff while ensuring compliance with fair housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• 4 years’ leasing experience preferred.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Project Management, Adobe, and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Close the sale by setting appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within the Marketing Budget and Plan.
• Present a favorable image of the community to meet objectives.
• Focus on resident retention with events and after-hours hosting.
• Complete lease paperwork, move-in, and move-out forms promptly.
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings.
• Train and supervise leasing staff with feedback on pricing, product, and the team.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in Lead Management Software.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare for move-ins.
• Maintain an active social media presence for the property.
• Conduct market research and update Radix as needed.
• Manage renewals and move-outs; update management software.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident support.
• Collaborate with maintenance for timely resident service requests.
