Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, collaborating with the Community Manager to set goals and a strategic plan for occupancy.

You will lead the leasing team, drive resident relations, and implement marketing campaigns and events while ensuring policy compliance and budget adherence. This role requires strong supervision and a focus on delivering exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Ability to use on-site property management software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property and coordinate with Community Manager on goals.
• Lead leasing team, ensure effective closing procedures and accurate filings.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plan and budget.
• Maintain resident relations and address complaints promptly.
• Audit lease files for policy adherence and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate staff training, coaching, and performance management.
