Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. You will lead the leasing team, set goals with the Community Manager, and drive occupancy through strategic plans and resident relations.

Responsibilities include managing leasing, retention programs, and ensuring accurate lease documentation; you will collaborate on annual marketing plans and budget while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and marketing strategy to achieve occupancy targets.
• Oversee daily on-site leasing activities and team performance.
• Maintain resident relations and handle complaints promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and retention programs.
• Ensure lease documentation and reporting accuracy.
