Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate leasing activities, move-ins and renewals, and to engage with prospective residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, experience with Yardi Voyager, and proficiency in MS Office. This on-site role supports management with clerical tasks and resident relations, contributing to a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled tours and appointments.
• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities to increase retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.
