The role requires excellent customer service, ability to manage multiple tasks, familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi Voyager, and a proactive team mindset. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year in sales preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease docs and complete move-in paperwork.
