Job summary

Sizzling Platter, LLC is seeking an IT Help Desk Assistant at our Murray, UT campus. The role serves as the first contact for internal staff and guests, triaging tickets, scheduling technicians, and coordinating across IT, security, and facilities teams.

You will manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, assist with project coordination, inventory lifecycle, and general office administration.

Qualifications

• Able to type 45 WPM and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Administrate Help Desk requests and triage tickets for staff and restaurants.
• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Coordinate, dispatch, and document IT-related tasks and SOPs with leadership.
• Assist the project manager with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Track equipment lifecycle and coordinate inventory movements.
