Job summary

Traegergrills is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide frontline technical support in our Salt Lake City offices. This onsite role combines desk-side support with device management using Microsoft Intune and Kandji, plus A/V setup for meetings and events.

You will be the first point of contact for employees, handling Windows and macOS support, 365/Azure administration, and basic networking. Join a team that values service, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT helpdesk/desktop support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Windows/macOS administration.
• Experience with MDM tools: Intune and Kandji (IRU), or comparable platforms (Jamf, Workspace ONE).
• Comfort with A/V equipment setup, firmware updates, and conferencing troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing system, phone, and in-person.
• Administer and support end-user devices (Windows and macOS) using Intune and Kandji for enrollment and policy deployment.
• Support Microsoft 365 / Azure AD administration including user provisioning, licensing, and MFA resets.
• Manage and troubleshoot A/V systems in conference rooms and event spaces.
• Coordinate device imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops/desktops; manage asset lifecycle.
