Job summary

Traeger Grills in Salt Lake City is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to deliver frontline support across our corporate environment. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and help keep devices secure, up to date, and running smoothly.

You'll blend desktop support with hands-on device management (Intune/Kandji-IRU) and A/V systems support for conference rooms and event spaces. A customer-focused communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT helpdesk/desktop support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Kandji (IRU) or similar MDMs.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID.
• Familiarity with A/V systems in conference rooms.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Able to lift/move IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and support end-user devices using Intune and Kandji.
• Support Microsoft 365/Azure AD administration: provisioning, licensing, MFA.
• Manage A/V systems in conference rooms and event spaces.
• Perform device imaging, deployment, and asset lifecycle.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 with proper documentation.
• Assist with basic networking (Wi‑Fi, VPN, printers).
• Assist with physical office IT needs (setup, cabling, moves).
